Description

DELTA PLUS VV836 (CHEMSAFE PLUS) Gloves: Latex-Free & Silicone-Free Chemical Protection

Looking for heavy-duty hand protection? The DELTA PLUS VV836 (CHEMSAFE PLUS) protective chemical-resistant gloves offer the perfect blend of safety, comfort, and grip.

Advanced Design and Materials

First, DELTA PLUS builds these gloves with a 100% polyamide fabric lining. This ultra-fine 18-gauge knit keeps the gloves lightweight. Consequently, you get maximum hand flexibility and great comfort all day long.

Additionally, the gloves feature a smart double-layer PVC and nitrile coating. This liquid-proof barrier measures 1 mm thick on the cuff and 1.10 mm on the palm. Furthermore, the long 30 cm forearm cuff provides excellent extended splash protection.

Superior Grip and Durability

Next, a third rough-textured coating covers the hand area. This extra layer creates a super-strong triple-coating system. Therefore, the gloves resist scratches and wear down much more slowly than standard safety gloves.

Importantly, this rough texture helps you maintain a secure grip. This holds even when you handle oily, greasy, or wet items. Because they last longer, these durable gloves save you money over time.

Allergy-Free Safety

Worker health matters, so DELTA PLUS uses skin-safe materials. The nitrile construction means you do not have to worry about rubber allergies. Also, the factory makes these gloves completely free of silicone, latex, and DMF. As a result, you avoid allergic skin reactions. Plus, you will not leave messy streaks on sensitive equipment parts.

Multi-Industry Performance

Because they work so well, many different industrial sectors trust these gloves. They deliver top performance in building, public works, and facility maintenance. Likewise, crews depend on them in the automotive, mining, and power energy sectors. Finally, they excel in wet areas like water treatment, oil extraction, and petrochemical plants.

Certified Chemical and Mechanical Defense

Most importantly, these gloves pass strict safety tests to shield you from chemical, biological, and mechanical risks.

  • Mechanical Defense (EN388:2016): The palm resists scrapes, tears, and punctures from sharp objects.

  • Bio-Hazard Defense (EN ISO 374-5:2016): The airtight seal completely blocks out bacteria, fungi, and dangerous viruses.

  • Chemical Protection (Type A EN ISO 374-1:2016): The tough material stops harmful chemicals from soaking through.

Specifically, the gloves block Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Formaldehyde for over 480 minutes. It also resists Sulphuric Acid for over 120 minutes. Lastly, it stops Nitric Acid and Acetic Acid for over 30 minutes.
