Description
DELTA PLUS WEIG-2 High Voltage Electrical Gloves – Class 2 (17kV AC / 25.5kV DC)
The DELTA PLUS WEIG-2 Class 2 electrical gloves protect workers from dangerous high-voltage electrical shocks. These safety gloves suit power and energy technicians who work on live electrical equipment.
These Class 2 gloves safely handle up to 17,000 volts of alternating current. They also block up to 25,500 volts of direct current during heavy electrical work. Each glove measures 360 millimeters in length to cover the hand and wrist. The long forearm cuff shields the lower arm from accidental contact with live conductors. A full protective coating completely covers the glove surface for total insulation. Additionally, the thick 2.3-millimeter wall stops dangerous electric currents without losing necessary hand flexibility.
The European EN 60903 standard certifies that these gloves pass strict safety tests for live high-voltage work. Finally, technicians must wear leather outer gloves over this rubber layer to prevent sharp cuts and tears.
